Here is where you can pay your transfer fee, pay to retake your written exam, or cover your make-up hours. If paying for make up hours, enter the number of hours you need to make up. You will be charged $35 per hour, plus a $10 administrative fee per occurrence. If you need an additional copy of your DHHS Form, you can pay for that fee here as well.
