CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE (CNA) - HYBRID

To withdraw from a class, a student must contact the office to receive an electronic withdrawal form and may receive a prorated tuition refund. If an electronic withdrawal form is received within 72 hours of enrollment, the student is eligible for a full refund (minus any provided textbooks/workbook). The request must be submitted, and time stamped within 72 hours of registration/enrollment. If the official withdrawal form is turned in after 72 hours of registration / enrollment, the $150.00 registration fee is NOT refundable. Books are non-refundable if provided to student. You may transfer to another class for a $200.00 transfer fee. Transfer fees are non-refundable. If the withdrawal form is turned in after classes have begun the $150 registration fee and tuition payments are NOT refundable. If a student is dismissed from the class they are enrolled in, prior to the start of class, a $150.00 registration fee and tuition payments are NOT refundable. Books will not be refunded if the student is already in possession of them.

Once classes have started, if a student is dismissed from the course for a violation of the student conduct policy, no refund of tuition and fees will be granted.

A full refund will be given if the applicant is not accepted by the school. Also, a student who has not visited the school facility prior to enrollment will be given the opportunity to withdraw without penalty within three days following either the regularly scheduled orientation procedures or following a tour of the school facilities and inspection of equipment. Students who enroll on-line are encouraged to tour the school prior to the first day of class.

Once purchased and provided, any books are considered used property of the student.

All refunds will be processed and mailed to the address provided within 60 days from the withdrawal request.

Official date of termination is the date that the withdrawal request form is turned in to the office.

To withdraw from a class, a student must contact the office to receive an electronic withdrawal form and may receive a prorated tuition refund.

If an electronic withdrawal form is received within 72 hours of enrollment, the student is eligible for a full refund (minus any provided textbooks/workbook). The request must be submitted, and time stamped within 72 hours of registration/enrollment.

If the official withdrawal form is turned in after 72 hours of registration / enrollment but before classes have begun, a $150 registration fee is NOT refundable while remaining tuition and book fees will be refunded (if applicable). You may transfer to another class for a $200.00 transfer fee. Transfer fees are nonrefundable. Books will not be refunded if the student is already in possession of them. The $150.00 registration fee is included in your initial tuition payment.

If the withdrawal form is turned in after classes have begun, the $150 registration fee is NOT refunded, and the remaining tuition and fees will be refunded as follows: 

  • Day 1: 50% refund of tuition
  • Day 2: 25% refund of tuition 
  • Day 3: No refund

PEDIATRIC CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

To withdraw from a class, a student must contact the office to receive an electronic withdrawal form and may receive a prorated tuition refund.

If an electronic withdrawal form is received within 72 hours of enrollment, the student is eligible for a full refund. The request must be submitted, and time stamped within 72 hours of registration/enrollment.

If the official withdrawal form is turned in after 72 hours of registration and online course materials have been provided, a $425.00* online course materials fee is NOT refundable while remaining tuition will be refunded (if applicable). The $150.00* registration fee is included in your initial tuition payment.

If the withdrawal form is turned in after classes have begun, the $425.00* online course materials fee is NOT refunded, and remaining tuition and fees will be refunded as follows: • Week 1: 50% refund of tuition • Week 2: 25% refund of tuition • Week 3: No refund

If a student starts a class prior to being placed on the Nebraska Pharmacy Technician registry and they are found to be ineligible for placement on the registry, a $425.00* administrative fee in NOT refundable while remaining tuition will be refunded (if applicable).
